Merry Christmas to you too. As you were informed of, early in the12 day x-mas sham, that there was a problem with deleting discount at checkout. You have done NOTHING to correct this problem or advise how to fix. Today I video taped and have still pictures of the so called 12 days of X-mas. I had the 2dayw2vee7vy in my cart with discount and again discount deleted at check out. This has happened three times (drive shaft, manifolds, and fuel rail). Funny how that keeps happening !!! {He who laughs last, laughs best.}
Due to YOUR lack of caring, salesmanship and just general indifferent to the problem, leaves me with no choice but to retain legal council.( do you know the cost of an corporate attorney per hour, you about to find out). You have wasted my time and I am sure many others (group suit). You will compensate me for my time. We can do this any way you like. I will collect or at a minimum cost you a lot of money to defend yourself. I been known to spend $10k to teach someone a $2k lesson.
Look forward to hearing a settlement from you!!!! Mr. puckett you should be fired for miss handling and letting this get to this point. He shows a lack of salesmanship, caring and general discuss for your customers. Of which leads one to think the whole days of X-Mas was all a sham or rip off!!!
